Abstract

Allah is Forgiving, Most Merciful. The need to understand halal animal food ingredients is important, this is related to the type of halal meat, the quality of meat that is slaughtered in the right way so that it is safe, healthy, nutritious and blessed. Education and training for Aisiyah Kembaran mothers are needed, to increase awareness about halal. The halal certification policy that has been taken over by the Ministry of Religion shows that Indonesia cares about halal food, because most of the population in Indonesia is Muslim. Even though this halalness is in fact widely regarded because it is of great benefit to all mankind. By building halal products and using them, it will be more beneficial for human physical and psychological health in general. The method used is education in the form of delivery of material followed by training by showing products and images to better understand examples of halal and non-halal products, in order to differentiate between them. In the discussion session of this educational and training event, several questions that arose were the expansion of the use of pigs as a daily product for human use. With this training, it is hoped that the awareness of halal and non-halal products will increase. So that in accordance with the government's discourse in protecting Indonesian citizens to use halal products in their daily life.
