Pelatihan Identifikasi Bahan Tambahan Makanan yang Berbahaya

Abstract

Housewives have an important role in Indonesia's development, especially in building healthy families. Therefore, skills are needed in identifying dangerous chemicals in food, especially borax. The aim of this service is to help the women of RW 1 Laban sub-district, Mojolaban sub-district, Sukoharjo in identifying dangerous food additives, especially borax. To achieve the above objectives, the method used is training PKK women to identify borax in food using the turmeric water drop method and the toothpick method.
