Abstract

The Community Service Program (CSP) at Setia Budi University in Surakarta has undergone adaptation during the Covid-19 pandemic, focusing primarily on prevention and mitigation of the social impacts. CSP activities involve various methods, such as planting seedlings, distributing groceries, and making immune-boosting herbal drinks. Through CSP, students become agents of change who provide education to the community on the importance of adapting to new habits and Covid-19 prevention measures. Additionally, they also provide economic assistance to financially affected communities due to the pandemic. The results of these CSP activities indicate that the education provided to the community has increased awareness of the importance of maintaining health amidst the ongoing pandemic. Furthermore, the economic aid provided has also had a positive impact on needy communities, helping them to cope with these difficult circumstances. In conclusion, CSP serves not only as practical learning for students but also as an effective instrument in supporting community development and addressing social issues during times of crisis, thereby providing significant benefits to both students and the community as a whole.
