Abstract

This program aims to improve product quality at UMKM Estu SAE by implementing a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)-based production flow. The implementation method included stages of socialization, production flow development, training, and GMP standard implementation. The socialization stage was conducted to provide an understanding of the importance of GMP in maintaining cleanliness and product quality. The production flow was designed by mapping each production stage, focusing on separating clean and dirty areas and setting sanitation standards. The training given to the partners ensured GMP implementation at every stage of production, from weighing to packaging. The results of this implementation showed that applying GMP successfully increased production efficiency and product quality consistency. UMKM Estu SAE can now minimize the risk of contamination and is likely to obtain product certification, which will open opportunities for market expansion. This program demonstrates that implementing a GMP-based production flow significantly impacts product quality and the competitiveness of UMKM in a wider market.
