Abstract

Community service activities regarding my environment free of rubbish and mosquito-free in the Kadipiro sub-district of Surakarta City were carried out with the aim of increasing awareness of the importance of waste management and management into usable goods.                    The goal of this service is to provide knowledge and skills to the Kadipiro community in utilizing organic waste that has the potential to be mosquito repellent. The skills that will be given to the community are training in making citrus peel to be made into an anti-mosquito lotion that can be used directly by the community to prevent dengue fever and training of larva (jumantik) monitoring cadres in each RT located in RW 18 Kadipiro Surakarta.            The method used to achieve this goal is to provide training on how to make mosquito repellent with orange peel base material, mentoring jumantik cadres and cultivating plants that have the potential to be mosquito repellent
