The research method used is Research and Development (R&amp;D), which is a research method used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products (Sugiyono, 2012). Validation of measurement tools and modules is done in two ways, namely: Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and module validation (content validity) is done by Professional Judgment. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the preparation of the Ladder Snake APE can be said to be valid to stimulate five aspects of child development with the results of 40% validator stating that the APE is suitable for stimulating five aspects of child development, and 60% states that the APE is very suitable for stimulating the five aspects of child development. While for the preparation of the APE Snake Ladder Module, it can also be said to be valid with the results of the 67% assessment of the validator stating that the module is very suitable and 33% of the validator stating that the module is appropriate. Discipline is a behavior consciously and seriously to obey the rules according to applicable norms. Problems with discipline at the Boarding School include, for example, fighting, smoking, dating, going out of the compound not permitting, and carrying electronic equipment. Discipline is influenced by matters related to external influences such as parent-child communication and is influenced by internal influences such as self-regulation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parent-child communication and self-regulation with discipline in boarding school students at SMP IT Al Huda Wonogiri.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The approach in this study uses correlational quantitative. The sample in this study was 186 students selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The research data was obtained with three scales, namely the discipline scale with r = 0.912, the parent-child communication scale with r = 0.922, and the self-regulation scale with r = 0.834. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and correlation test.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between parent-child communication and self-regulation with discipline in boarding school students at SMP IT Al Huda Wonogiri (F<sub>count</sub> &gt; F<sub>table</sub> (26,261 &gt; 3,045); p = 0,00; and R = 0,472 ) Partially there is a significant relationship between parent-child communication with discipline (r<sub>x1y</sub> = 0.316; p = 0.000 &lt; 0.05), and self regulation is also significantly associated with discipline (r<sub>x2y</sub> = 0.151; p = 0.040 &lt; 0.05) . By understanding the essence of post-failure entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurs would be able to acknowledge the insights gained by fellow failed entrepreneurs. In order to achieve that goal, a phenomenological study was conducted towards purposively-selected participants, namely entrepreneurs who had experienced failure from their businesses Data was collected using phenomenological semi-structured interview and analyzed using interpretative phenomenology analysis. This research shows that there are two types of lesson learned from business failure: 1) lesson about technical knowledge in how to manage business (which includess knowledge in financial management, marketing, and relationship management) and 2) lessons about personal growth (which includes detailed business planning and commitment in managing business). The number of participants in this study were 40&nbsp; woman lecturers with data retrieval using purposive sampling technique. This research was a quantitative correlation. Measuring instruments used in the study was a Work-Life Balance Scale by Fisher (2009) that adapted by Nazirah Adhania (2007) and Psychological Well-Being Scale by Ryff (1995) that adapted by Engger (2015). Data analysis using Spearman's Rho with SPSS 18.0 for Windows. The results showed a significant positive correlation that r = 0,702 with a significance value of 0.000 (p&lt;0,05), which means with higher Work-Life Balance, the Psychological Well Being will be high. Successful aging will indirectly be influenced by these factors. Therefore, this research aims to find out if there is a relationship between self-esteem with successful aging in elderly. This type of research was taken using quantitative research methods with saturated sample models. The samples in this study amounted to 50 people aged 60-80 years. The results showed that the results of the correlation coefficient (r) =-0.064 with a Sig value of 0.329 p &gt; 0.05.
