Granulated sugar is the main product produced by PT Madubaru. This study aims to analyze the energy efficiency of sugar production at PT Madubaru during the production period of 2022. The analysis of energy efficiency in the production of granulated sugar using the Energy Productivity Ratio (EPR) method shows that in the 2022 production period which runs from May to October 2022, The EPR obtained in the months up to October 2022 shows an EPR value for electricity of 1.2 to 2.44, while for boilers it is between 1.68 and 2.45. The EPR results obtained in each period are in May 2022 with an EPR on electricity of 1.2 while the boiler is 1.16, the EPR in June 2022 is 1.72 electricity and the boiler is 1.68, the EPR in July 2022 on electricity is 1 .93 and the kettle is 1.92, the EPR in August is 1.98 electricity while the kettle EPR is 1.98, in September 2022 the electricity EPR is 2.14 while the kettle is 2.14, in October 2022 the electricity EPR is 2.44 while the kettle 2.45.The highest energy input used during the sugar production period in 2022 is sugarcane with an energy value generated of 431,885,993.55 MJ for electricity and 6,544,947,856.93 MJ for boilers. Based on EPR analysis, energy use in sugar production at PT Madubaru is still feasible. </em></p> Moh. The aim of this research is to implement one of the lean concept tools namely one piece flow. This study focuses on Sewing Department of Man Shirt Unit in a Garment Company in Central Java, Indonesia. The study of this paper includes the description of garment manufacturing process flow and comparison between the batch production system and one-piece flow system. The performance criteria used in this study is the total processing time, the basic pitch time, the production targets and the throughput time. The time study is used as the measurement method to determine the cycle time and throughput. From the analysis, one piece flow system performs better in term of total processing time, the basic pitch time and the throughput time and the target achievement than batch production system. The total processing time and pitch time reduced by 6.42 % and 0.385% respectively. XYZ .</em><em>found that there were defect and repair products. This research aims to controlling the quality of the critical processes in such away that the defect and repair products be minimized. &nbsp;The Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is applied to prioritize the defect types. Root causes of the defects are obtained by applying the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), leading to the improvement proposal. The research found that Inconsistent welt pocket (RPN value 100) and imbalanced collar (RPN value 84) as the causes with the two highest risks. The Blangkon Village is a business that has been producing blangkon crafts since 2019. The products produced by The Blangkon Village are the Solo model blangkon and the Yogyakarta model blangkon. Currently, the phenomenon of wearing blangkon is increasing, for example, several regional governments have a policy that government employees are required to wear regional clothing according to predetermined dates. This will affect the volume of demand for complementary traditional clothing, one of which is the blangkon. This kind of phenomenon is one of the reasons why blangkon entrepreneurs continue to increase. Moreover, the development of social media offers many blangkon products with various qualities and prices. Therefore, to face market competition, The Blangkon Village is required to always be ready to face existing competition with the right strategy. The purpose of this research is to formulate appropriate strategies for business development at The Blangon Village. This research uses a combination of the AHP and SWOT methods. The results of this research show that The Blangkon Village is in quadrant I position so that the appropriate development strategy is the SO strategy. The company uses conventional raw material scheduling techniques to plan raw materials. Scheduling is used to plan and control the supply of raw materials at the lowest or minimum possible cost. This research was conducted to estimate demand until 2023 and used the help of LINGO software for aggregate scheduling. It then continued with designing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and raw material scheduling. The development of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) was carried out by comparing the effects of some lot-sizing scoring systems, which is the process of calculating the optimum order size of a material based on netting requirements. Lot-sizing methods in this study include period order quantity (POQ), economic order quantity (EOQ), and least total cost (LTC). By using the lot-sizing method, the company can manage raw material inventory efficiently and effectively.
