The method used in this research is correlational quantitative method, while the sampling is done using saturated sampling technique. The subjects in this study amounted to 110 employees who work actively at PT “XYZ”. Analysis of research data using Product Moment correlation from Karl Pearson. The results of the research data analysis showed there was a correlation of (rxy) 0.210 with p = 0.014 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a significant positive relationship between perceptions of workload and work engagement, thus this research hypothesis is rejected.
