DUKUNGAN SOSIAL, STRES KERJA DAN KESEIMBANGAN KEHIDUPAN KERJA SEBAGAI PREDIKTOR KESEJAHTERAAN PSIKOLOGIS PENGEMUDI OJEK DARING
Abstract
Flexible work schedules force driving partners to accept unnatural revenue levels and working conditions, which negatively impacts the welfare of online motorcycle taxi drivers. In order to objectively demonstrate how social support, work stress, and work-life balance affect the psychological health of online motorcycle taxi drivers, research was performed. This study uses quantitative methods with data from 244 Surakarta City motorbike taxi drivers who were randomly selected for the study. Scale is used in the data collection methods for this research. After removing the outlier from the gathered data, SPSS 16.0 is used to run a multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicated that work-life balance, societal support, and workplace stress all have an impact on the psychological health of online motorcycle.
