Abstract
Marital satisfaction in Indonesia is closely related to religiosity and religious values. An individual's level of religiosity can influence satisfaction in their marriage. This research aims to see differences in marital satisfaction between couples of different religions and those of the same religion. This research used a quantitative approach with research participants of 40 wives in interfaith marriages and 40 wives in same religion marriages taken by non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Measurement uses the ENRICH Marital Satisfaction scale (α = 0.860). The analysis used in this research is Mann Whitney. The research results are based on the results of the Mann Whitney test analysis using SPSS 26 with a probability value of (sig) 0.567 > 0.05, indicating that the proposed hypothesis is rejected. The conclusion of the research is that there is no significant difference in the marital satisfaction of interfaith couples and the marital satisfaction of same religious couples. The categorization of marital satisfaction between interfaith and same religious couples has the same category, namely in the high category.
